You must be either a Premium Member or an Affiliate Member to access the Social Networking feature. Free Listings do not include this functionality.
Also, make sure you're signed in to the correct Premium account — the one assigned to your membership.
⚠️ Please, Do not create a new account — it won’t be recognised as a premium listing and will redirect you to the sign-up page.

💬 Why can’t members find me?
You need to make your profile public.
🔒 By default, privacy settings are turned ON when you register — meaning your profile is hidden from other members.
✅ To allow others to find and contact you:
Go to your profile settings
Follow the video guide provided
Switch your privacy setting to “Make profile public”
Once public, your business becomes visible in the network and other members can connect with you.

💡 How do I access Social Networking?
Log into your Premium or Affiliate account
On desktop: Go to the Home page and click ‘Explore’ on the Social Networking placemat or click your account (top left) > select ‘Social Networking’
On mobile: Tap the menu (top right icon) > your account > ‘Social Networking’
