Access to the Social Networking section is exclusively available to Premium Members and above.

To access the Social Networking feature, you must have an active Premium Membership or above. This functionality is not available with a Free Listing.
Please ensure you are signed in to the correct Premium account associated with your membership.
⚠️ Do not create a new account.
New accounts are not linked to your existing Premium membership and will be treated as standard listings, which means you will be redirected to the sign-up page.

💬 Why can’t other members find me?
If other members cannot see your profile, it is likely because your privacy settings are still enabled.
🔒 By default, privacy is turned on when you register. This means your profile is hidden from other members.
✅ To make your profile visible:
Go to your profile settings
Follow the video guide provided
Change your setting to “Make profile public”
Once your profile is public, other members will be able to find you and get in touch.
Once your profile is public, your business becomes visible across the network, making it easier for other members to discover and connect with you.
📝 Complete Your Profile
To get the most out of the Social Networking feature, it is important to fully complete your profile. A detailed profile helps other members understand who you are, what you offer, and why they should connect with you.

A complete profile increases your visibility within the network and strengthens your credibility with other manufacturers.

Log in to your account.
Choose your device:
On desktop:
Go to the Home page
Click ‘Explore’ on the Social Networking sectionor
Click your account (top left) and select ‘Social Networking’
On mobile:
Tap the menu icon (top right)
Select your account
Tap ‘Social Networking’
