Founded in 1958, Atkinson Engineering is a precision engineering company that relocated to Wiltshire in 1967 to support its continued growth. Over the decades, we have built a strong reputation for excellence across all areas of our business.
Today, Atkinson Engineering Division specializes in producing precision-turned and milled components, utilising the latest Multi-Axis CNC Milling & Turning with auto and robot loading technology. We have a robust quality control department and are accredited to ISO 9001 2015. We can also provide stockholding solutions as well as product assembly and light electro-mechanical assembly.
Our diverse customer base includes some of the UK's leading companies, serving a wide range of demanding industries. These industries include aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, railways, instrumentation, metrology, marine, mobility, lighting and high-end bathroom fittings.
Turned parts capability 6mm to 65mm diameter bar and up to 300mm diameter billets.
Machining Centres can handle billets up to 1200mm x 500mm x 500mm and up to 400kgs in weight.
