Membership Eligibility
• Manufacturing companies must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Suppliers of products and services are welcome from anywhere in the world.
• Free listings are available exclusively to UK-based companies.
Recruitment Agencies are invited to join us either as Affiliates, offering exclusive discounts to our premium members compared to their standard rates, or as Strategic Members, gaining enhanced exposure across our platform and LinkedIn page.
To improve the quality, visibility, and credibility of listings on Manufacturers Hub, we have replaced the free listing option with our Basic Membership.
While free listings helped businesses get listed on our platform, they often struggled to gain meaningful exposure. By introducing a low-cost Basic Membership, we’re able to ensure listings carry more credibility, include richer contact information, and are more effectively presented within our platform.
At just £24 per year, the Basic Membership remains extremely affordable and provides:
• More contact details for potential customers to reach you
• Filter keywords to improve how your business is found
• A stronger, more professional presence within the UK manufacturing network
This change enables us to continue developing the platform, promote active businesses more effectively, and ultimately help members gain better exposure than they previously achieved with free listings.
We offer two ways to sign up:
Option 1 – Sign up directly through our platform
Select any of the Sign-Up buttons across our platform to register and pay securely using a Credit Card, or PayPal
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be automatically directed to our forms section to complete your details.
Option 2 – Request an invoice and pay via BACS
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer (BACS), simply request an invoice.
Once your payment has cleared, we’ll contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
If you need to make a minor change to your profile, please complete a new Premium Membership form and select the “I’ve already filled out a form” option, which will remove any irrelevant questions.
Once your form has been submitted, we will manually make the changes for you.
There is no way to make alterations yourself.
When choosing your form, please select the one that best represents what your business actually does, not who you supply or purchase from.
🏭 I’m a Manufacturer
Select this option if your company manufactures products.
Guidelines for filling out this form:
• Only list the products or processes your company directly produces or carries out in-house.
• Do not include services or components you source externally from other companies.
• Choose only the business categories that reflect your company’s own activities, not those of your customers.
• Example:
If you manufacture filling nozzles for sandwich machines, you are not a Food and Beverage Supplier. That category is only for companies that manufacture food or drink products.
Additional options for manufacturers:
• You can also fill out the Industrial Involvement Form and Plant List Form to provide visitors with more detailed information about your company and capabilities.
🧰 I’m a Supplier
Select this option if your business supplies products to manufacturers.
Guidelines for filling out this form:
• List only the categories that your business deals directly in.
• Example:
If you supply bolts, simply list “Various Bolts” — there’s no need to include every individual size or specification.
• Please note: product keywords are not used for search, so brief, accurate descriptions are sufficient.
⚙️ I’m a Service Supplier
Select this option if your business provides services to manufacturers or product suppliers.
Examples of services include:
• Design and consultancy
• Training or recruitment
• Maintenance or repair
• Marketing or logistics support
📋 Form Completion Tips
• For each category you select, a new box will appear on the next page where you can enter the products or services you offer.
• If you have images, please upload them. If you don’t, we’ll do our best to create suitable ones for your profile.
• You can resubmit your form at any time. Just make sure to tick the box confirming you’ve already filled out a form — this prevents duplication and saves time.
Once you’ve signed up and submitted your form, our team will personally build your business profile — it’s not generated automatically. We do this to ensure every profile is fully optimised for SEO performance and to maintain the accuracy and integrity of all listings.
• Premium Members: Your profile will typically go live within 2–3 business days. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a notification so you can review and request any corrections before it goes live.
• Free Listings: There is no maximum time as to how long this can take, as Premium Memberships are prioritised. Free listing users will not receive a notification, so please check back periodically to see if your profile is live.
This hands-on approach helps us ensure that every business listed on Manufacturers Hub is genuine, accurately represented, and performing at its full potential.
